About the Role
Victoria Park Medispa seeks a Product Manager to oversee procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships for medical supplies and private label products. The role involves analyzing KPIs, managing purchase orders, and coordinating with clinics and vendors to ensure product availability.

Responsibilities
- Perform analyses based on KPIs and make recommendations for profitability
- Prepare and provide various reports and analyses as required
- Collaborate with internal partners and clinics to understand and meet their needs
- Research and select or substitute products as needed
- Ensure price and margin compliance in the system
- Replenish products according to schedules and clinic needs
- Manage purchase and transfer orders: plan, create, track, update
- Adjust stock levels based on sales, consumption, and demand
- Manage complex situations related to product availability and deliveries
- Create and maintain product and supplier information in Zenoti
- Plan and monitor MDFormula inventory levels for clinic replenishment
- Communicate with labs and packaging suppliers to coordinate production and delivery
Requirements
- Diploma in purchasing, supply chain, or administration
- 3 5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or demand planning in retail/wholesale
- Excellent Excel skills and understanding of ERP systems (Zenoti, InFlow)
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Critical and analytical mindset
- Problem solving, multitasking, organizational skills
- Customer service oriented
- Experience with Shopify (asset)
