Role Description
Full-time Product Manager role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement and some work-from-home flexibility.
Own the product lifecycle for Ontell's AI-powered WhatsApp solutions from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
Work with engineering, design, and data teams while aligning roadmaps with business and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Monitor product performance and analyze user behavior.
- Use data to refine features and improve customer outcomes.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and support go-to-market plans.
- Ensure releases are delivered on time and to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Product management skills including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and feature prioritization.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver customer-centric digital products.
- Ability to interpret product analytics, user feedback, and market insights.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Background in SaaS, messaging platforms, AI/ML products, or customer engagement solutions is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with hybrid work arrangements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
