Responsibilities
- Implement the long term vision and strategy of the product and roadmap for web based subscription products
- Web2App funnel optimization: leading design, build, and optimize web funnels including landing pages, onboarding flows, and paywalls
- Develop subscription models, pricing strategies, and monetization funnels to improve ARPPU
- Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and LTV/CAC ratios to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities
- Develop strategy, pricing, and revenue optimization (e.g., A/B testing)
- Collaborate closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure efficient implementation of features
- Establish and continuously improve processes for product development and team operations
- Foster a performance driven team culture that embraces accountability, rapid iteration, and relentless pursuit of results
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product management with a proven history working on subscription based digital products
- Deep understanding of Web2App development and growth processes
- Understanding and responsibility for key product metrics: MAU/DAU, Retention, Churn, LTV, ARPU, Conversion Rate and Stickiness
- Strong experience with analytics, split testing, and key product metrics
- Ability to set clear requirements for development teams and monitor execution
- Hands on experience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, and others
- Manual QA skills are a plus
- Ukrainian or Russian proficiency is a plus

- Data Driven decision making: analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and LTV/CAC ratios to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure efficient implementation of features, improvements, and strategic initiatives that maximize monetization.
