Badrgo is seeking a Product Manager to drive the full product lifecycle, from market research to commercial launch. Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product idea intake process and assessment framework
- Conduct structured benchmarking and competitive analysis
- Translate market research and customer insights into product design proposals
- Develop detailed product specifications and user stories
- Propose improvements to the rider and driver app experience
- Design the end-to-end customer journey for new product verticals
- Develop a formal project charter for new product initiatives
- Manage the product backlog and prioritization process
- Plan and execute UAT for every product release
- Coordinate the end-to-end product launch with the Launch Specialist
Requirements
- Experience in product management and market research
- Ability to develop and maintain product ideas and assessment frameworks
- Proficient in conducting structured benchmarking and competitive analysis
- Strong skills in product design and proposal development
- Experience in managing the full product lifecycle from POC to launch
- Ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans
- Knowledge of commercial strategy and revenue generation
