Product Manager, Data Platform

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Information Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1–2 years owning data platform, analytics, or developer-facing infrastructure products.

Demonstrated experience working with cloud data warehouse technologies (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or equivalent)

Hands-on familiarity with a BI or analytics platform (LookML, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)

Working knowledge of how LLMs operate, including context windows, tokenization, temperature, and why hallucinations happen

Familiarity with RAG architecture such as what a vector database does, how chunking and retrieval strategies affect answer quality, etc.

Understanding of agentic AI patterns — single-agent and multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory, and guardrails — and the product challenges unique to systems that act autonomously across multiple steps.

Experience defining or contributing to AI evaluation frameworks

Experience with building and exploring AI domain concepts, AWS Bedrock, agentic frameworks, and background in manufacturing, cost engineering, PLM, or industrial software a plus
