- Can clearly demonstrate measurable business impact from their work.
- Has strong ownership and execution skills - from problem discovery to shipped solution.
- Moves fast, prototypes quickly, and actively uses AI tools in daily work.
- Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and improving messy processes.
- Enjoys working closely with operational teams and solving real execution problems.
- Fintech, payments, compliance, or risk operations experience.
- Experience with AI-assisted operations, LLM workflows, or internal copilots.
- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation tools.
- Experience in high-scale or regulated environments.
- A dynamic work environment with real ownership, practical challenges, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Work on meaningful AI automation problems, not AI hype projects.
