Compero is an AI-powered food delivery comparison platform.

The platform helps users discover meals and compare options across multiple food delivery platforms.

The Product Manager will take ownership of the product and work with development and design teams to improve Compero.

Own and manage the Compero product roadmap.
Translate business ideas and customer needs into product requirements.
Create and manage user stories, features, priorities, and development tasks.
Collaborate with backend, frontend, AI, UI/UX, and QA teams.
Prioritize features based on business impact, user experience, and technical feasibility.
Monitor product performance, user behavior, retention, conversion, and engagement.
Use product data and user feedback to identify problems and opportunities.
Manage releases and ensure features are delivered on time.
Analyze competitors and food-tech market trends.
Improve the customer journey from meal discovery to comparison and platform redirection.
Support AI-powered feature development and improvement.
Maintain a clear backlog with well-defined development priorities.

Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of mobile applications and digital products.
Experience working directly with software development teams.
Good understanding of APIs, backend systems, frontend applications, and AI-powered products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong English communication skills.

Experience in FoodTech, marketplaces, comparison platforms, e-commerce, or delivery applications.
Experience with AI-powered consumer products.
Understanding of analytics tools, A/B testing, conversion funnels, and retention.
Experience launching and scaling mobile applications.
