The Role

The Clinical Product Manager will shape a clinical trials platform spanning patient identification, trial discovery, eligibility, pre-screening, referral, site intake, and life sciences workflows.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on clinical trials, regulated workflows, measurable outcomes, and shipping products.

Product Direction and Discovery

Set the strategy, outcomes, and roadmap for Heidi's clinical trials product.
Make clear decisions about priorities, scope, sequencing, and customer requests.
Work directly with investigators, research nurses, coordinators, referring clinicians, patients, sponsors, and CRO operators.
Map the journey from study setup and trial awareness through matching, consent, referral, site intake, screening, enrollment, and retention.

Product Delivery and Trust

Turn inclusion and exclusion criteria into explainable, reviewable pre-screening workflows.
Translate clinical and commercial needs into problem statements, prototypes, requirements, and sequenced releases.
Partner with design and engineering through validation, launch, and iteration.
Design consent, traceability, explainability, role-based access, auditability, and human review into the product with clinical, legal, privacy, security, and quality partners.
Make integration and data decisions across EHR/EMR, CTMS, EDC, eConsent, ePRO, trial registries, identity, and communications systems.
Define funnel metrics for matching, referrals, site response, pre-screening, screening failures, enrollment, retention, and trust.

What You Will Need

5+ years of product work in regulated or clinically complex environments, with emphasis on shipped or built products.
Experience inside clinical trials at a sponsor, CRO, research site, health system, or trial technology company.
Ability to run discovery, analyse data, write documentation, test workflows, and unblock delivery independently.
Ability to move quickly within safety, consent, and data-integrity constraints.
Hands-on AI building, prototyping, or side-project experience.
Ability to build over requesting and remain confident while being open to changing your mind.
