What you will do
- Turn inbound client conversations into relationships by uncovering the business problem behind requested features.
- Own product direction with clients and determine what should be built and in what order.
- Translate product direction into executable work for the engineering team.
- Work with an engineering team lead on each account during client and technical discussions.
- Stay involved after delivery and identify automation, internal-system, and future-product opportunities.
- Manage several client accounts across different industries and stages.
- Grow accounts through business knowledge, client retention, and long-term expansion rather than cold prospecting.
