The Product Manager – Sales & Clinical Support will be responsible for driving the growth and market positioning of

by overseeing the product lifecycle, supporting sales teams, and providing clinical expertise.
This role ensures the successful execution of business strategies, enhances customer satisfaction, and strengthens VTE’s presence in the market.
Product & Business Strategy
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support unit and divisional objectives.
- Collaborate with the Head of VTE to plan budgets with partner suppliers.
- Define the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead the product planning and execution across its lifecycle, including:
- Gathering and prioritizing customer and product requirements.
- Defining the product vision and positioning.
- Aligning cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Sales & Clinical Support
- Provide technical and clinical expertise to support sales teams and customers.
- Develop training programs and conduct quarterly sales force briefings on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Act as a solution provider for customers and internal teams, addressing product-related queries.
- Work closely with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product availability and sales execution.
• Operational & Market Development
- Maintain and oversee VTE’s office operations, ensuring smooth business workflows.
- Monitor sales performance and deliver monthly revenue forecasts to management.
- Submit weekly reports on the general business lifecycle to the VTE Manager.
- Identify, counsel, and support new CI candidates.
- Provide surgical support, switch-on, and processor programming.
- Build and maintain relations with KOLs.
- Contribute to patient care and sales growth in assigned territory.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Audiology, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, sales, or clinical support within the hearing aid or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of hearing aid technologies, audiology, and clinical applications.
- Proven ability to define product strategies, conduct market analysis, and manage product lifecycles.
- Excellent communication and training skills to support sales teams and customers.
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills with a problem-solving mindset.
