About the Role
EviSmart seeks a Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for its AI portfolio in the dental lab industry. You will define product workflows, drive user validation, and coordinate with ML and design teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap across the breadth of EviSmart's AI portfolio
- Define the product itself: the problem it solves, core workflows, and moments the AI earns user trust
- Instrument every feature before it ships with adoption funnels, cohort analysis, usage patterns
- Own competitive positioning against primary market challengers
- Drive user validation continuously: conduct interviews, observe workflows, build user insight library
- Coordinate with design operations team on product side of AI transition
- Expand over time into product leadership for the dashboard platform (PLG hooks, self serve signup, conversion funnels)
- Nurture the existing platform PM, develop their product rigor and user validation practice
Requirements
- 6 8 years product management experience spanning both AI/ML powered products and frontend driven SaaS platforms
- Product taste and judgment to define what 'good' looks like before building
- Experience turning an AI capability into a commercial outcome
- Product instincts from direct customer contact (interviews, workflow observation)
- Own outcomes, not activity, and make hard tradeoffs
- SaaS or B2B platform experience preferred; dental or healthcare background not required

The Problem We're Solving
- EviSmart has built AI that automates the core of dental lab work. The unsolved problem is product: taking that capability and shaping it into something labs adopt, rely on, and build their operations around.
- EviSmart: 300 people, two hubs (Vancouver HQ and Manila operations), 145% YoY SaaS growth, 28 countries, one platform.
What You'll Own
- Own the strategy and roadmap across the breadth of EviSmart's AI portfolio.
- Define the product itself: the problem it solves, the core workflows it owns, and the moments the AI has to earn a user's trust.
- Instrument every feature before it ships — adoption funnels, cohort analysis, usage patterns.
- Own competitive positioning against primary market challengers.
- Drive user validation continuously: conduct interviews, observe workflows, and build a user insight library.
- Coordinate with the design operations team on the product side of the transition as AI handles more commodity casework.
- Expand over time into product leadership for the dashboard platform — PLG hooks, self serve signup, conversion funnels, and in product upsell triggers.
- Nurture the existing platform PM — develop their product rigor, user validation practice, and roadmap prioritization.
What We Need
- 6–8 years product management experience spanning both AI or ML powered products and frontend driven SaaS platforms.
- Product taste and judgment — you can look at a product and see what's done well and what needs to improve.
- You've turned an AI capability into a commercial outcome.
- Your product instincts come from direct customer contact — interviews, workflow observation, not feedback reports.
- You own outcomes, not activity, and you make the hard tradeoffs.
- SaaS or B2B platform experience preferred; dental or healthcare background not required.
