Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet project goals.
Use knowledge of technology and Media, Advertising, and Marketing functions to support stakeholders, technology experts, and shared services teams.

Required Skills
- At least 10 years of IT experience, including 3 years in a senior-level role.
- At least 5 years of experience in Adtech, Media, or Martech domains.
- At least 2 years of experience in an implementation or developer role.
- Experience with DSP, SSP, audience management, analytics, reporting, and insight generation.
- Proven project and process management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including communicating complex issues and business value.
- Prior lead experience within an IT environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical responses to RFIs and RFPs.
- Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, map processes, and document customer journeys.
- Translate high-level business requirements into specific technology solutions.
- Create and maintain application roadmaps and capability maps.
- Research industry best practices and develop implementable strategies and solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and IT leadership on technical debt, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, whitepapers, blogs, and community involvement.
- Ensure recommendations comply with architecture standards and established methodologies.
- Coach, mentor, and lead internal and external technical project resources.
