Nabat is a UAE-based climate-tech startup using technology to protect and restore natural ecosystems.

The company operates across ecological and environmental sciences, GIS, AI, remote sensing, and robotics.

Its solution includes ecosystem management software, precision aerial seeding drones, AI and ecological models, and restoration services.

Nabat is building a platform for coastal, marine, and arid ecosystems worldwide.

Role Overview

Nabat is building its product development team and is seeking a self-driven Product Manager.

This is a technical and domain-focused product role for AI-powered products.

The role works with data scientists, GIS specialists, software and hardware engineers, ecologists, and commercial teams.

Relocation to the UAE is required, with relocation benefits and visa sponsorship for the employee and family.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and execution for AI-powered ecosystem management and restoration products.
Work with engineering, operations, commercial teams, and customers to turn complex technology into valuable, scalable products.
Lead product discovery by understanding customer needs, validating opportunities, and prioritizing what to build.
Translate technical and scientific concepts into clear product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
Take products from concept through launch and iteration while balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Identify emerging technologies, datasets, and partnerships that could create new product opportunities.
Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to shape product direction and drive adoption.

What We Are Looking For

At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in a technology, data, AI, or technically complex environment.
Proven experience taking products from conception through launch, including requirements, prioritization, and roadmap development.
Experience in at least one relevant domain: geospatial/GIS, climate or nature technology, agriculture/agtech, remote sensing/Earth observation, or AI/ML products.
Strong technical fluency and ability to work effectively with engineers, AI/ML researchers, and other technical experts.
Experience with B2B products and customer discovery, including identifying and validating customer needs.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Genuine passion for applying technology to climate, nature, agriculture, and other high-impact real-world challenges.
