Role overview

Nabat is building its product development team and seeks a self-driven Product Manager for next-generation AI-powered products.

This is a technical and domain-focused product role working with data scientists, GIS specialists, software and hardware engineers, ecologists, and commercial teams.

Relevant domains include geospatial or GIS, climate or nature technology, agriculture or agtech, remote sensing or Earth observation, and AI/ML products.

Relocation to the UAE is required, with relocation benefits and visa sponsorship for the employee and family.

Product responsibilities

Own the roadmap and execution for AI-powered ecosystem management and restoration products.
Turn complex technology into valuable, scalable products with engineering, operations, commercial teams, and customers.
Lead product discovery, validate opportunities, and prioritize product development.
Translate technical and scientific concepts into product requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
Take products from concept through launch and iteration while balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Identify emerging technologies, datasets, and partnerships that may create product opportunities.
Build customer, partner, and internal stakeholder relationships to shape product direction and drive adoption.

Required qualifications

At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in a technology, data, AI, or technically complex environment.
Experience taking products from conception through launch, including requirements, prioritization, and roadmap development.
Domain experience in at least one relevant geospatial, climate, agriculture, remote sensing, or AI/ML area.
Strong technical fluency and ability to work with engineers, AI/ML researchers, and other technical experts.
Experience with B2B products and customer discovery.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Passion for applying technology to climate, nature, agriculture, and other high-impact challenges.

Technical and domain skills

The product environment combines geospatial AI, remote sensing, drone robotics, ecology, agricultural science, and ecosystem management.
The role requires technical fluency across engineering, AI/ML, GIS, scientific, and commercial disciplines.

Relocation to the UAE is required.
