Key Responsibilities
- ️ Generate and develop product concepts based on functionality, market trends, and client needs.
- ️ Monitor the Dubai and Abu Dhabi residential and commercial real estate market.
- ️ Research customer behavior and translate insights into actionable product features.
- ️ Define clear technical and aesthetic requirements.
- ️ Plan and manage the entire product development process from concept to execution.
- ️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external consultants.
- ️ Ensuring that design and construction comply with the approved product concept and quality standards by reviewing and providing recommendations.
- ️ Support marketing and sales with accurate and consistent product information.
- ️ Maintain internal product standards and organize structured data for future projects.
Who You Are
- ️ You’re strategic, creative, and detail-oriented. You understand how to turn research into results, and you’re comfortable leading ideas from inception through execution.
- ️ You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or Architecture.
- ️ You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry - either in sales, marketing, or analytics - focused on residential and/or commercial properties in the business, premium, or luxury segments.
- ️ You’ve spent a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- ️ You have strong skills in graphic editing software, as well as tools like MS Project and Excel, which you use to conduct research, create sketches, and develop informed recommendations.
