Responsibilities
- Lead the category strategy for GLP aligned with LIXIL and IMEA business goals
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee the product lifecycle, including new product introductions, discontinuations, and innovations
- Develop a 3 year and 5 year plan and define the Product Road Map
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and strategies
- Ensure category performance meets revenue and profitability targets
- Conduct regular market analysis including customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and competitive benchmarking
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure seamless distribution and product availability
- Plan planogram with Retail & Showroom team for different category partners
- Promote sustainability initiatives within the product category
Requirements
- 5 8 years of experience in a product based industry, preferably in building materials
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Fluency in English
- Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong commercial knowledge and business acumen

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the category strategy for GLP aligned with LIXIL and IMEA business goals.
- Analyze market trends in the GLP countries, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, including new product introductions, discontinuations, and innovations.
- Develop a 3 years & 5 year plan and define the Product Road Map.
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors to ensure quality & cost efficiency.

Qualifications
- 5 8 years of experience in a product based industry, preferably in building materials.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Strong commercial knowledge and business acumen.
