Role Overview
The Product Manager will lead the lifecycle and execution of a key product.
The role develops product vision, creates roadmaps, manages program execution, and coordinates product and business stakeholders.
The position supports Genpact's AI and digital innovation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate product vision and strategy.
- Create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap.
- Manage products from ideation through retirement.
- Coordinate requirements between customers, business units, and R&D.
- Monitor customer feedback and product KPIs.
- Lead cross-functional program collaboration and own the go-to-market strategy.
- Manage the program budget and provide governance to executive leadership.
- Plan and execute product launches with marketing.
- Lead a team of product owners.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in product management or related roles.
- Proven experience managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch.
- Strong customer-facing, presentation, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and product positioning.
