Source, negotiate with, and maintain relationships with hotels, transportation providers, DMCs, guides, attractions, and other suppliers.Negotiate rates, allocations, terms, and contracts while maintaining quality and service standards.Develop product pricing and commercial strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.Manage the end-to-end launch of new tours, including product information, pricing, imagery, operational details, and sales materials.Monitor product performance, bookings, profitability, customer feedback, and market demand.Recommend improvements to existing itineraries and products to increase customer experience, competitiveness, and profitability.Work with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Reservations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support product delivery.Conduct destination and supplier inspections when required to assess quality and identify opportunities.Ensure tour products comply with operational, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.Resolve product and supplier issues promptly while protecting customer experience and business objectives.What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in tour operating, product management, contracting, destination management, or a similar travel industry role.
- Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, supplier contracting, and tour operations.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing, margins, revenue, and profitability.
- Ability to interpret booking data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed product decisions.
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills for working with international suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple destinations, products, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort working independently and taking ownership of product performance.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred experience includes work with tour operators, DMCs, wholesalers, OTAs, or travel agencies.
- Familiarity with reservation, contracting, CRM, or travel technology platforms is preferred.
- Additional languages and international destination experience are advantageous.
