About the Role
HuntingCube is seeking a Head of Product to drive product vision and strategy, owning the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch. You will lead cross-functional teams, define product-market fit, and embed AI into core workflows.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from market research and discovery to design, development, launch, and continuous iteration
- Partner with leadership team to conceptualize and launch new offerings
- Provide product thought leadership and anticipate trends
- Make the company AI native by embedding AI into core workflows, decision making, and user experiences
- Drive product–market fit by deeply understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes
- Champion a strong user centric approach to product development
- Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification
- Prioritize ruthlessly and make tough trade offs
Requirements
- 6–10 years of progressive experience in product management, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role driving product strategy and execution
- Proven track record of building and scaling products in fast paced, high growth environments—ideally in SaaS, Legal Tech, FinTech, or adjacent industries
- Deep expertise in the full product lifecycle: research, discovery, design, development, launch, and iteration
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate user insights and market data into product strategies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience working with cross functional teams and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Deep empathy for users and passion for creating products that solve real problems
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI/ML, automation, and data analytics
