We are looking for a detail oriented and highly organised Product Listing & Logistics Specialist to manage the end to end process of getting our products online and into the hands of our customers.
This is a hands on operational role that sits at the intersection of ecommerce, logistics, and supply chain, ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, follows through on every detail, and knows how to keep multiple platforms and shipments running smoothly at the same time.

Create, manage, and optimise product listings across Noon, Namshi, and additional platforms as we scale.
Ensure all listings are accurate, complete, and aligned with platform requirements titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and categories.
Monitor listing performance, flag issues, and coordinate updates proactively.
Follow up with platform account managers on approvals, disputes, content changes, and promotional opportunities.
Track sales data per platform and flag underperforming SKUs.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, local and international.
Manage documentation for imports and exports, including basic customs clearance processes.
Liaise with freight forwarders, courier companies, and fulfilment partners to ensure on time delivery.
Track all shipments and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies.
Manage container bookings and shipping schedules in line with inventory needs.
Oversee packaging standards and ensure all products meet brand presentation requirements before dispatch.
Coordinate packaging supplies and materials, sourcing, ordering, and stock management.

Experience in e commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain; UAE experience preferred.
Hands on knowledge of Noon Seller, Namshi, or similar regional platforms is a strong advantage.
Solid understanding of import/export documentation and UAE customs processes.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, tracking sheets, formulas, data management.
Strong written communication, able to correspond professionally with platform teams and vendors.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive follow through attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast paced, multi brand environment.
With an accounts background, highly recommended.
