Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the creation, updating, and maintenance of product catalogs across digital channels.
- Review product titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, images, pricing, and availability for accuracy.
- Maintain consistent product information, categorization, naming, and formatting across assigned channels.
- Support new product launches, product updates, seasonal changes, and promotional catalog activities.
- Identify missing, outdated, duplicate, or inconsistent product information and coordinate corrections.
- Maintain organized product databases, catalog records, digital assets, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with e-commerce, marketing, inventory, procurement, sales, and operations teams.
- Monitor product content quality, listing visibility, customer feedback, and catalog-related issues.
- Prepare catalog status reports, data quality summaries, and relevant operational updates.
- Recommend improvements to catalog structure, product content, data accuracy, merchandising, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, Retail, Data Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in catalog management, product listings, e-commerce, merchandising, or a related function is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product information management, digital catalogs, and online merchandising.
- Knowledge of product categorization, attributes, content quality, pricing, and marketplace requirements.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, catalog systems, spreadsheets, content management, and productivity tools.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong data accuracy and quality-control skills.
- Strong written communication, editing, and content organization abilities.
- Ability to manage large volumes of product information efficiently.
- Strong coordination and time-management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Proactive, organized, commercially aware, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
