Job Requirements

Advanced understanding of project and program management processes, including scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, quality, communication, stakeholder management, and change management.
Strong working knowledge of PLM, NPD/NPI, stage-gate governance, product release, and lifecycle decision processes.
Working knowledge of engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, quality systems, regulatory requirements, service readiness, and production readiness.
Knowledge of requirements management, Engineering Change Management, change control, configuration management, document control, and product data governance.
Ability to manage multiple complex programs, priorities, stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables with limited supervision.
Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority, resolve conflict, negotiate commitments, and facilitate difficult conversations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level summaries, gate-review packages, presentations, dashboards, and program reports.
Ability to identify program risks, schedule constraints, resource gaps, cost concerns, quality issues, and technical dependencies; develop mitigation plans and escalate appropriately.
Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to understand budgets, cost targets, forecasts, business cases, and value-based portfolio tradeoffs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with PLM, ERP, project management, scheduling, document-control, requirements, or reporting systems preferred.
Ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, specifications, requirements, bills of material, release documentation, quality records, and customer requirements.
May require travel to customer sites, supplier locations, field locations, manufacturing facilities, industry events, or other NOV locations.
Must maintain confidentiality and comply with all NOV safety, quality, business conduct, and HSE requirements.
