What You'Ll Do
- Lead and independently manage customer implementations, from kickoff and discovery through data acquisition, solution design, product configuration, validation, and rollout, serving as the primary point of contact
- Leverage deep understanding of surgical case management and perioperative workflows to guide scheduling, staffing, and operating room assignment processes, identifying and addressing any workflow gaps
- Communicate technical requirements and ensure that customer IT and process teams clearly understand the data and setup needs for iQueue
- Oversee the technical aspects of implementation, including building data pipelines, establishing system interfaces, and customizing workflows, while documenting all specific requirements and changes
- Ensure prompt resolution of challenges while managing project progress and establishing post-implementation performance measurement
- Monitor progress throughout implementation to ensure customer readiness at go-lives; proactively resolve risks, blockers, or misalignments always with an eye toward ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
- Identify opportunities for improvement, establish clear success metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend workflow enhancements, providing valuable product feedback based on customer needs
- Drive adoption by building strong relationships with practice leadership and staff and developing super users within customer organizations
