Growth Strategy & Market Expansion

  • Define and execute growth strategies focused on GCC market entry and expansion
  • Identify high-potential new product opportunities aligned with market needs and trends
  • Develop and refine business models to support scalable and sustainable growth

Product Innovation & Go-To-Market

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of new product initiatives (ideation validation launch)
  • Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure product-market fit through customer insights, testing, and iteration

Market Intelligence & Insights

  • Conduct deep market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer analysis within GCC
  • Translate data into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions
  • Monitor regional trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and new revenue streams
  • Support negotiations and relationship management with key stakeholders

Performance & Business Planning

  • Develop growth forecasts, financial models, and KPIs
  • Track and report on performance of new initiatives and product launches
  • Continuously optimize strategies based on performance data and insights

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on growth, innovation, and market positioning
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align teams around growth priorities
  • Mentor team members and promote a culture of innovation and accountability

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 8+ years of experience in business growth, strategy, consulting, or innovation roles
  • Proven track record of launching or scaling products in the GCC or similar markets
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory landscape
  • Experience in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth environments is highly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of financial modeling, business planning, and performance metrics
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in execution
