You'll own and drive SEA’s product vision, strategy, roadmaps, portfolio governance, and lifecycle decisions from introduction through to retirement
You'll use customer insight, market research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder input to shape product concepts, positioning, go-to-market plans, and business cases
You'll lead product prioritisation, investment decisions, performance measurement, and portfolio reviews to support growth, profitability, and competitive advantage
You'll work closely with engineering, design, business development, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure aligned execution and clear product communication
You'll lead, develop, and manage the product team, promoting high performance, professional development, safety awareness, quality standards, and SEA’s values
