Role Description
Part-time remote Product Director role overseeing products related to agricultural machinery, power devices, and electrical energy alternatives.
The role works with sales, operations, and technical teams to align product offerings with business goals and market needs.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmaps, requirements, and feature priorities.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, performance metrics, and feedback.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage product-related projects.
- Ensure competitive product offerings are delivered on schedule.
- Provide leadership in decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong product strategy and product management skills are required.
- Advanced analytical skills and proven team leadership and project management experience are required.
- Experience in agricultural machinery, power devices, or energy solutions is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, independent decision-making, and adaptability are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
