We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Product Development & Sourcing Specialist to help bring new products to market and drive the success of our growing product portfolio.
Reporting to the Director of Category & Product Management, you'll work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to source new products, manage product launches, improve product performance, and identify growth opportunities within key categories.

Source & Launch New Products
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers.
Manage RFQs, negotiate pricing, and analyze product costs.
Coordinate samples, testing, inspections, and compliance requirements.
Support product commercialization from concept through production.
