Responsibilities
- Lead end to end development of political and public affairs focused products and services from concept to launch and optimization

- Conduct competitive and audience research and translate insights into product roadmaps
- Coordinate cross functional implementation of product features aligned with strategic goals
- Monitor product performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate offerings to ensure effectiveness and relevance
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in product development or product management, preferably in political consulting, public affairs, marketing, or related fields
- Strong skills in market and audience research, requirements gathering, and translating insights into clear product specifications and roadmaps
- Proven ability to coordinate cross functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver complex projects from concept to launch
- Solid understanding of data driven campaigning, digital tools, and technology enabled products used in political or advocacy contexts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present ideas and product plans clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring product performance, interpreting metrics, and making evidence based recommendations
- Adaptability and problem solving skills, with comfort operating in fast paced, high stakes, and politically sensitive environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Role Description
- The Product Development Manager is a part time, on site role based in Dubai.
- This role is responsible for leading the end to end development of political and public affairs focused products and services, from concept and market analysis to launch and optimization.
- On a day to day basis, the Product Development Manager collaborates with campaign strategists, data analysts, and creative teams to identify client needs, define product requirements, and prioritize features aligned with strategic goals.
- The role involves conducting competitive and audience research, translating insights into product roadmaps, and coordinating cross functional implementation.
- The Product Development Manager will also monitor product performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and iterate offerings to ensure they remain effective, relevant, and aligned with evolving political and market dynamics.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in product development or product management, preferably in political consulting, public affairs, marketing, or related fields.
