Role Overview
Alhamra is seeking a product developer to lead the transformation of luxury equestrian designs into world-class products.
The role will build the product development function and oversee the process from design handover through production approval.
As the company grows, the role may evolve into Head of Product Development with responsibility for building and leading a team.
Location
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of garments and soft accessories from concept to production.
- Create professional Tech Packs, specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Manage sample development, fittings, technical revisions, and production approvals.
- Work with overseas factories to ensure quality, timelines, and manufacturing excellence.
- Source and evaluate fabrics, trims, and components while maintaining premium quality standards.
- Collaborate with Design, Production, Operations, and suppliers to bring collections to market.
- Continuously improve product development processes and technical standards.
