Represent the engineering function in executive meetings, customer engagements, and industry forums, serving as a technical authority and advocate for the team.
This position manages NPD engineering team and is expected to provide a leadership role within the division.
Position responsible for driving the strategic growth segments of the division through innovative product development and exploring adjacent market opportunities.
Must effectively interface with all division departments and management.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an accredited institution (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
8+ years of relevant engineering experience minimum
