Role Overview
Phenom is seeking a Product Development Engineer I - Frontend for its engineering team in Hyderabad, India.
The engineer will build intuitive, scalable, and high-performance web interfaces for Phenom’s AI-driven talent experience platform.
Work Mode
- The role is Work From Office in Hyderabad, India.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance responsive web applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Translate UI/UX designs into reusable components with senior engineer support.
- Optimize application performance across devices.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams on features and improvements.
- Follow best practices for version control, testing, and documentation.
Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of JavaScript ES6+ is required.
- Hands-on experience with AngularJS or ReactJS is required.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design is required.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration is required.
