Role Overview
The Product Development Assistant or Specialist will support the development and improvement of products from early ideas through launch.

Responsibilities
- Research product trends, customer needs, market insights, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain product specifications and organize development information.
- Coordinate product samples and track development timelines.
- Support product testing and reviews.
- Compare product options and communicate feedback to suppliers and internal teams.
- Consider specifications, costs, quality, timelines, and customer expectations in product decisions.
- Ask questions and bring the right people together to keep product development moving.
Qualifications
- Understanding of product development, merchandising, sourcing, retail, e-commerce, or related commercial processes.
