- Develop new textile products and collections in line with market trends and customer demands
- Create and modify product designs, patterns, color combinations, and fabric specifications
- Conduct research on materials, fabrics, and industry trends to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and procurement teams to ensure product feasibility and timely delivery
- Prepare technical specifications, samples, and prototypes for new products
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
- Coordinate with clients and sales teams to understand requirements and provide customized solutions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing processes
- Maintain records of product development activities and design documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within the factory
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in textile product development and design
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, yarns, dyeing, printing, and garment manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, or similar tools
- Excellent creativity, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- GCC experience is preferred

Overview
- We are seeking a creative and experienced Product Development and Design Expert to join our textile manufacturing team.
Key Responsibilities
