Role Overview
- As a Product Developer II, you will work in BMC Helix Software’s AI Office team, focusing on innovation and customer satisfaction.
- You will develop prototypes and features for BMC Helix products and help customers achieve their business needs.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Work on AI Office engineering activities like developing MVP/POC and designing lab.
- Perform thorough problem analysis resulting in resolution of product related problems according to BMC Helix support standards.
- Provide training and enablement for Product Support TSAs, SEs, Partners, and Customers.
- Engage with Product Owners on requirements.
