About the Role
CTO ROBOTICS Automation Systems is seeking a creative Product Designer / Graphic Designer to create visually compelling and user-centered designs for digital products and brand communications.

Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces, user experiences, marketing materials, digital assets, and brand collateral
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, icons, illustrations, and visual layouts
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders
- Support development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and reusable design components
- Conduct design research, gather user feedback, and apply usability principles

Role Description
- The Product Designer / Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and user centered designs that enhance both digital products and brand communications.
- This role combines creative design, user experience principles, and visual storytelling to deliver engaging and functional design solutions across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing user interfaces, user experiences, marketing materials, digital assets, and brand collateral that align with business objectives and brand identity.
- Creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, icons, illustrations, and visual layouts while ensuring consistency in typography, color, spacing, and overall design language.
- Collaborating with product managers, developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and reusable design components to ensure consistency across products and campaigns.
- Conducting design research, gathering user feedback, and applying usability principles to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Contributing to branding initiatives, campaign concepts, presentation materials, and multimedia content for both digital and print platforms.
- Staying current with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices while refining creative processes and design quality.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of graphic design, visual communication, and user experience (UX) principles.
- Proficiency in industry standard design and prototyping tools for creating digital interfaces, marketing materials, illustrations, and visual assets.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout composition, branding, and visual hierarchy, with strong attention to detail and consistency.
