About the Role
Huspy is looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end UX of their proptech products, from ideation to implementation. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and delivering high-impact features.

- Own the End to End UX: Take full responsibility for your designs, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience
- Collaborate Cross Functionally: Work closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and address any challenges during the development phase
- Conduct Research: Use user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform design decisions and create user centered solutions
- Deliver Valuable Features: Maintain a feature ship mindset, focusing on releasing high impact features quickly and effectively, ensuring maximum value for users
- Continuous Improvement: Post launch, measure the impact of your designs through user feedback and analytics, proposing improvements based on data driven insights
- Flex Your Business Acumen: Align design decisions with business goals, measure their impact and clearly communicate the value they deliver
Requirements
- 4+ Years of UX/UI Design Experience: Proven experience designing for web, apps, e commerce, dashboards, and both B2B and B2C products
- Fast Prototyping & Iteration: Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate to quickly validate design concepts and improve them
- Strong Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates your design expertise and successful project launches (applications without a portfolio won’t be considered)
- Exceptional UI Design Skills: A keen eye for pixel perfect design, layout and typography
- Branding Expertise: Experience in applying branding principles to enhance the product's identity
- Experience with Design Systems: Extensive knowledge of Figma and experience with system design principles
- Project Management Skills: Solid ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set realistic expectations, and meet deadlines
- Customer Obsession: Focused on delivering 'wow' moments at every touchpoint of the customer journey
