About the Role
Huspy is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end UX for their proptech platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and deliver high-impact features.

- Own the end to end UX from ideation to final implementation
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform design decisions
- Deliver high impact features quickly and effectively with a feature ship mindset
- Measure design impact post launch through user feedback and analytics, proposing improvements
- Align design decisions with business goals and communicate value delivered
Requirements
- 4+ years of UX/UI design experience for web, apps, e commerce, dashboards, and B2B/B2C products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and successful project launches
- Exceptional UI design skills with pixel perfect attention to layout and typography
- Experience with design systems and extensive knowledge of Figma
- Ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate
- Solid project management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Customer obsession focused on delivering excellent user experiences

- Own the End to End UX from ideation to final implementation.

The Perfect Match: required experience
- 4+ Years of UX/UI Design Experience for web, apps, e commerce, dashboards, and B2B/B2C products.
- Fast Prototyping & Iteration ability.
- Strong Portfolio demonstrating design expertise and successful project launches.
- Exceptional UI Design Skills with pixel perfect attention to layout and typography.
- Branding Expertise to enhance product identity.
- Experience with Design Systems and extensive knowledge of Figma.
- Project Management Skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Customer Obsession focused on delivering 'wow' moments.
