As a Home Lending Capital Markets Product Control Associate within Consumer & Community Banking, you’ll support P&L and risk reporting for the asset-backed securitization and asset servicing businesses.
Your expertise in derivative products and operational risk will be essential as you manage complex transactions and ensure robust processes throughout the product lifecycle.
In this role, you will foster strong relationships across Finance, Market Risk, Technology, and Operations, helping to drive the business forward while developing your own skills in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Solid understanding of financial products including derivatives
High proficiency using Microsoft Office including but not limited to Excel (VBA) and Access
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related area
Ability and drive to improve current processes and achieve efficiencies
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including a strong control focus
Self-motivated and comfortable working with large amounts of data
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships.
