Role Overview
The Product & Compliance Specialist is described as an analytical team player responsible for product-lifecycle activities and cross-functional product roadmaps.
The role focuses on battery safety monitoring, vehicle data analysis, product certification, regulatory registration, and compliant platform operations.
Product and Data Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for product-lifecycle activities from strategy through evaluation.
- Work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and identify new opportunities.
- Analyze battery safety monitoring and early-warning data on online platforms.
- Maintain battery-platform early-warning and alarm procedures for stable operation and accurate results.
- Analyze vehicle data based on early-warning results and extract and organize data features.
- Perform headquarters-requested analysis and compile and publish weekly reports.
- Monitor abnormal user-related vehicle data during vehicle usage and conduct preliminary issue analysis.
Compliance and User Support
- Manage product certification and related registration applications in the Middle East region.
- Ensure all platform data operations comply with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with users about vehicle-related issues and support preliminary analysis of those issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in vehicle operation data management and after-sales services.
- Background in quality assurance or product research.
