About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Compliance Manager to lead product compliance strategies, regulatory programs, and product governance initiatives. The role involves overseeing product compliance throughout the lifecycle, ensuring adherence to regulations, managing risks, and supporting global product launches.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product compliance strategies, governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures
- Lead product compliance programs covering product design, manufacturing, labeling, packaging, product safety, environmental compliance, import/export requirements, certifications, and post market surveillance
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle
- Monitor and interpret global regulatory requirements, industry standards, and certification programs
- Manage product testing, certification activities, conformity assessments, technical documentation, and regulatory submissions
- Conduct product compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, internal audits, root cause investigations, and CAPA
- Monitor KPIs including regulatory compliance, certification status, audit findings, product quality, and compliance effectiveness
- Develop and maintain product compliance documentation including technical files, regulatory records, and compliance matrices
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through compliance automation, digital quality management systems, and AI enabled regulatory intelligence
- Manage relationships with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, testing laboratories, and external auditors
- Utilize PLM systems, QMS, ERP, RIM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and analytics tools to monitor compliance performance
- Prepare compliance reports, executive dashboards, audit summaries, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Master's degree or professional certifications in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, ISO standards, Product Safety, Six Sigma, or equivalent are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, product safety, manufacturing compliance, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing product compliance programs, regulatory initiatives, product certifications, or quality management systems preferred
- Strong understanding of product compliance regulations, product safety standards, ISO management systems, quality assurance, risk management, product certifications, labeling requirements, environmental regulations, and regulatory governance
- Experience with PLM systems, QMS platforms, ERP systems, Regulatory Information Management (RIM) solutions, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, compliance management software, and reporting tools
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, regulatory, project management, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, documentation, and cross functional collaboration abilities

The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Product Compliance Manager to lead product compliance strategies, regulatory programs, and product governance initiatives across the organization.
- The ideal candidate will oversee product compliance throughout the product lifecycle, ensure adherence to applicable regulations and industry standards, manage compliance risks, and support successful product launches across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product compliance strategies, governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead product compliance programs covering product design, manufacturing, labeling, packaging, product safety, environmental compliance, import/export requirements, certifications, and post market surveillance.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, research and development, quality assurance, manufacturing, supply chain, legal, procurement, marketing, customer support, and executive leadership to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor and interpret global regulatory requirements, industry standards, and certification programs to ensure timely compliance across all products and target markets.
- Manage product testing, certification activities, conformity assessments, technical documentation, declarations of conformity, regulatory submissions, and third party compliance audits.
- Conduct product compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, internal audits, root cause investigations, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate regulatory and operational risks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including regulatory compliance, certification status, audit findings, product quality, non conformance trends, corrective action completion, product launch readiness, and compliance effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain product compliance documentation including technical files, regulatory records, compliance matrices, product specifications, risk assessments, and compliance procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through compliance automation, digital quality management systems, artificial intelligence (AI) enabled regulatory intelligence, product lifecycle management (PLM), and data driven compliance analytics.
- Manage relationships with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, testing laboratories, notified bodies, external auditors, consultants, suppliers, and industry associations to support regulatory compliance and market access.
- Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Regulatory Information Management (RIM) platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and analytics tools to monitor compliance performance and generate actionable insight
