Findel and Manutan Group are embarking on a landmark programme to create a common educational product offer across Europe. This is a rare opportunity to join the founding team as a Product & Category Intelligence Analyst where you will be responsible for designing, analysing, validating, and recommending the future educational product ecosystem across two leading education businesses. This is a high-impact fixed-term appointment (6 months initially) supporting a strategically important transformation programme with direct visibility to senior leadership and Board stakeholders. We are looking for individuals who: * Can operate at pace. * Are highly analytical and commercially minded. * Can challenge constructively. * Understand product, category management, merchandising, or compliance. * Produce actionable recommendations, not simply analysis. * Are available for an immediate start. What you'll do * Analyse thousands of products and categories. * Build the future common educational product offer. * Influence strategic product decisions. * Work directly with UK and European stakeholders. * Shape the next generation of educational supplies across Europe. What you’ll bring: Essential * Product analysis experience. * Category management experience or Retail merchandising experience. * Advanced Excel capability. * Strong commercial awareness. * Strong understanding of product range architecture and assortment planning. Findel’s origins can be traced right back to 1817. Today, our brands and websites offer more than 32,000 products to customers in the UK and overseas, with the business exporting to over 130 countries. Headquartered in Hyde, Cheshire, we have distribution centre and offices in Nottingham and employ around 300 people. Findel was acquired by Manutan Group in 2024 after a 3 year period of ownership by Endless LLP.
