About the Role
Samaritan's Purse is looking for a Product Business Analyst to partner with the Product Owner in delivering technology products. You will gather user insights, translate business needs into user stories, and support agile product delivery.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Product Owner by creating, elaborating, and prioritizing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and user discovery by acting as a liaison between the product team, stakeholders, and end users
- Participate in agile product delivery by engaging in ceremonies, stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and release planning
- Support product vision and strategic alignment by collaborating with the Product Owner
- Provide analytical support that contributes to strategic decision making and product direction
- Support quality assurance and product validation by reviewing deliverables and acceptance criteria
- Contribute to product communication and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non technical audiences
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as an embedded product team
- Thorough knowledge of digital product ecosystems and business process workflows
- 12 credit hours of college level Biblical Studies (required)
- Fluency in English (required)

- We have an incredible opportunity for a Product Business Analyst to join our IT team, working in Irving, TX!
- This Product Business Analyst partners closely with the Product Owner to support the discovery, planning, and delivery of technology products.
A day in the life of a Product Business Analyst
- Assist the Product Owner by creating, elaborating, and prioritizing user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
