Zumtobel Group seeks a dynamic Application Manager to shape sports and area lighting strategy in the Middle East. You will develop growth plans, build client relationships, and drive business development.

Responsibilities
- Build/update mid term application growth strategy and business plan for sports and area lighting
- Proactive business development: build client/influencer base, identify untapped potentials
- Identify/develop potential strategic partnerships to support targets
- Strengthen/expand overall application network (internal & external)
- Support sales with knowledge, enquiries, pitching to key clients
- Conduct trend research at macro and solution level
- Identify potential innovation arenas via trend research, VoC, insight generation
- Build clear value propositions and benefit stories around the application/solution packages
- Cluster solution packages according to strategy target areas and build roadmap
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, marketing, or business administration or equivalent
- Professional experience in B2B markets, preferably in lighting industry
- Prior relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, product management, or business development
- Lighting design skills and application knowledge in sports related areas
- Self driven, results oriented, entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluent in Arabic and English

- We are looking for a dynamic Application Manager to join our Middle East team to shape sports and area lighting strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build/update mid term application growth strategy and business plan identifying key success factors in solutions portfolio, marketing, sales.
- Proactive Business Development: build client/influencer base, identify untapped potentials in regions/channels/sub segments.
- Identify/develop potential strategic partnerships which support targets.
- Actively strengthen/expand overall application network (internal & external).
- Support Sales with knowledge/enquiries/pitching to key clients.
- Trend research at macro and solution level; curated input from secondary and primary research.
- Identify potential innovation arenas via trend research, VoC, unsolved problems, insight generation.
- Build up clear value propositions & benefit stories around the application/sub applications and solution packages.
- Cluster solution packages according to strategy target areas and build into roadmap.
Skills & Experience
- University degree in engineering, marketing or business administration or equivalent.
- Professional experience in B2B markets, preferably in lighting industry.
- Prior relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, product management, business development is beneficial.
- Lighting design skills and application knowledge in sports related areas are an advantage.
- Self driven, results oriented & with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in Arabic as well as English.
