Waves Coffee House is looking for a Product and Quality Manager (Food and Beverage Specialist) to oversee product selection, pricing, recipes, and quality for their coffee houses. The role involves creating seasonal menus, managing vendor relationships, and monitoring product sales and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations of food and beverage services
- Manage product selection, pricing, product display, recipes, nutritional information, and training materials
- Monitor product quality and sales to create effective and profitable food and beverage program
- Maintain close relationships with vendors and logistics company to ensure product availability
- Create seasonal menus and drinks that correlate with marketing campaigns
- Create reports reflecting sales and profitability of all products and provide feedback to improve menu
- Conduct product market research to bring innovative ideas
- Communicate with vendors to revamp menu twice a year
- Provide proper training and training materials to stores
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the office
- Good understanding of the food and beverage market
- 3 5 years of experience combined in relevant and similar roles
- Negotiation experience
- Outstanding communication skills

About the role
- The Food and Beverage Specialist is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the food and beverage services at Waves Coffee House.
- They will occasionally assist with beverage and food services for catering purposes during events or big catering orders.
