About the Role
7-Eleven is seeking a Product Analytics Lead to drive analytics strategy for the 7-Eleven mobile app. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations leaders to turn data into insights that shape the digital customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the analytics roadmap for the 7 Eleven app, partnering closely with Product Managers to define success metrics, size opportunities, and measure impact across customer experiences.
- Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product strategies, evaluate features, quantify incrementality, and inform product decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and self service reporting that give stakeholders visibility into product performance and customer behavior.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure data integrity, define instrumentation requirements, and advocate for a culture of data driven decision making.
- Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks, and communicate findings to senior leaders through compelling, narrative driven storytelling.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related)
- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis
- Strong communication skills
- Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
- Master's degree in business or quantitative fields (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in Statistical model building or scripting language (Python or R) (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in SQL querying (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in consulting (preferred)

General Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related).
- At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis.
- Strong communication skills. Impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business or quantitative fields such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in Statistical model building or scripting language (Python or R).
- 1+ years of experience in SQL querying.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
- 1+ years of experience in consulting.
- Position is onsite and based in Irving TX.
