CMLS Financial is seeking a Product Analyst to bridge business intent and technical reality. The role involves writing user stories, designing interfaces, defining requirements, and investigating system behavior.

Responsibilities
- Transform stakeholder ideas into user stories, feature scopes, and technical requirements
- Create customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to define user experience
- Investigate system behavior, navigate databases, and resolve issues at source
- Work with front end and back end developers to ensure technical feasibility
- Gather requirements, analyze user behavior, and champion product improvements
- Implement system changes and configurations to tailor lending solutions
- Serve as key support contact, triaging stakeholder inquiries and bug reports
Requirements
- Post secondary education in computer science, business, information technology, commercial real estate, or related field
- Experience with JIRA, Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and Figma
- Ability to distill high level business requests into structured technical requirements
- Understanding of system dependencies and ability to document them
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

What You’ll Be Doing

Who We Are Looking For
- Post secondary education in computer science, business, information technology, commercial real estate, or related field.
- PMP or BA certification is a plus.
- Thrive in collaborative environment with tight feedback loops.
- Natural owner mindset with initiative to identify pain points and drive feature ideas.
- Leverage tools such as JIRA, Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and Figma.
- Ability to distill high level business requests into structured technical requirements.
- Understand how a single change can ripple across the entire ecosystem.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence across all levels.
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations with honesty and professionalism.
- Comfortable learning new tools and technologies, including AI.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
