Job description
Vertafore is seeking a Product Analyst II to understand internal and external customer needs and translate them into user stories for development teams.
The Product Analyst works within agile teams of software and QA engineers as an interface among customers, product managers, product owners, and developers.
The role collaborates with product managers and product owners to address customer and business needs through technology solutions.
Core responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and articulate them through user stories.
- Elaborate requirements and document proposed software solutions.
- Contribute to a prioritized backlog of features and stories.
- Collaborate with user-experience design staff on web software designs.
- Communicate complex concepts to stakeholders across the organization.
