This position combines strong business and requirements analysis capabilities with hands-on ownership of Agile delivery processes, including Kanban board management, backlog refinement, Jira ticket quality, requirements definition, stakeholder facilitation, and delivery tracking.

This role is part of a collaborative Agile team that supports and builds modern, standards-based technology solutions for mission-critical Federal health IT programs .
