The Role
The Product Advisor will understand customer requirements, provide informed product guidance, and support purchasing and relationship decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs, preferences, challenges, and product requirements.
- Provide clear advice on relevant products and solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, usage, pricing, and value propositions.
- Recommend products based on customer requirements and business guidelines.
- Respond to inquiries and provide follow-up throughout the buying journey.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, product inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Monitor customer feedback and communicate recurring product concerns to relevant teams.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer-service teams.
- Support product presentations, demonstrations, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Stay informed about product updates, market trends, competitors, and customer expectations.
