Procurement & Tendering Manager – EPC Projects

Position Overview

Work Arrangement

• The position is full-time and based at the Hyderabad office.
• Occasional travel is required for vendor and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for EPC materials, equipment, and services, including vendor identification, RFQs, evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders.
• Build qualified vendor, supplier, and contractor networks for transformers, conductors, towers, switchgear, cables, solar modules, inverters, civil contractors, and erection subcontractors.
• Prepare cost estimates, price schedules, BOQ-based costing, and financial tender documentation.
• Track e-procurement tender notifications and EOIs, assess eligibility, and coordinate techno-commercial and financial bid documents.
• Manage EMD, bid security, bank guarantees, insurance surety bonds, qualifying requirements, and timely tender submission.
• Coordinate with engineering, project execution, finance, and legal teams on technical specifications, qualifying data, and commercial terms.
• Evaluate quotations, negotiate vendor and contractor terms, and optimize costs while meeting technical and schedule requirements.
